For local businesses whose customers need to be reached first
AI Outbound
Contact intelligence and CRM outreach that reaches buyers before they ever open Google. The list is built on real signals, every send follows Canadian anti-spam law, and every reply lands as a counted lead. The same system we use to grow ourselves.
Create demand where none exists yet
Some of a local business’s best customers never search for it. They become customers because someone reached out at the moment they were thinking about the problem the business solves. Signal is built for that moment.
How it works
- Ideal customer profile. We define who the right buyer is, in which industries and cities, and what signals say they are ready.
- Contact intelligence. A list built from published business information, scored against the profile, with the lawful basis for contact recorded for every row.
- Send infrastructure. A dedicated domain, separate from your brand domain, warmed and monitored so deliverability stays high and your main domain is never at risk.
- Sequences. Short, specific, approved by you. Every message identifies the sender and carries a working unsubscribe. Suppression and unsubscribe are enforced in the sending system.
- Counted replies. A reply lands in your CRM as a lead, stops the sequence and shows up in the monthly report with its source.
What it is not
It is not bespoke AI consulting, and it is not a bulk-mail tool. Signal is a productized system we run for our own outbound, pointed at your market, with a human approving what goes out.
Price
Signal is $500 to $1,500 a month plus a one-time setup of $2,500 to $5,000, offered as an add-on to Beacon or to businesses with an existing inbound base.
Questions
Is this legal in Canada?
Yes, when it is done properly. Canada's anti-spam legislation allows commercial email where there is consent or a lawful basis such as a conspicuously published business address, and requires identification and a working unsubscribe in every message. Signal enforces those rules in the sending system itself, not as a checklist.
Who writes the messages?
The pipeline drafts them from your profile and the contact's signals. You approve the sequence before it runs, and every message sent is logged.
Where do replies go?
Into your CRM as a counted lead, with the sequence that produced it. A reply automatically stops the sequence for that contact.
Why is it an add-on?
Because outbound sends people to your site and your profile. If those are weak, replies turn into lost deals. Signal is offered alongside an active Beacon engagement or to businesses with an inbound base already in place.
